Chairman of Broadland District Council unveils Allison Homes’ new show homes in Norwich
We are very proud to have officially unveiled the beautiful show homes at our brand new development in Norwich with Councillor John Fisher, Chairman of Broadland District Council.
Located off Poppy Way, the development, called The Oaks, will consist of an impressive collection of 315 two, three, four and five bedroom energy efficient homes, in a perfect location for anyone who enjoys the peace and quiet of village life, but doesn’t want to go without modern amenities.
All of the homes come with solar panels as standard, and benefit from being charging point ready, which will enable homeowners to upgrade to include or install their own electric car charging points.
Councillor John Fisher officially opened the doors to the development’s two show homes, the three bedroom Hemlock and four bedroom Elm, before receiving a tour of both properties.
Broadland District Council Chairman, Councillor John Fisher said: “I was delighted to be asked to officially open The Oaks development, and I’d really like to thank Allison Homes for showing me around the site. Protecting our environment and supporting green energy is a priority for the Council so the inclusion of solar panels is great news, as is the option for electric car charging points. It was wonderful to see how the site is progressing, and I will look forward to watching The Oaks develop every time I drive past.
“I wish both Allison Homes and future residents all the best.”
Following the official launch, property seekers in Norwich are able to meet with the sales team to tour the two show homes and find out more about the available homes, as well as incentives available to assist their journey to becoming a homeowner and schemes on offer, such as Assisted Sale and Part Exchange.
Sue Warwick, Regional Managing Director at Allison Homes Eastern Counties, said: “We are delighted to have officially unveiled our stunning show homes at The Oaks, and were very happy to have Councillor John Fisher there with us to celebrate the occasion.
“The Oaks is a wonderful, ecologically enhanced development, with energy efficient homes to suit all types of residents and green open space for both people and nature to enjoy. The development will be home to 414 new trees and 1830m of hedges, alongside bird and bat boxes, hedgehog highways and domes, and reptile log piles.
“We’re very proud of our show homes, and we hope that touring these properties will help potential homebuyers to picture their lives here. At Allison Homes, we’re all about helping our customers realise their dreams, so we would highly encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch as soon as possible, to secure a home that does just that.”
