What is Ezymove?

Our Ezymove scheme is exactly as it sounds – we can assist you with the sale of your property to ensure you do not lose out on the new Allison home you have your heart set on.

If you have found your preferred Allison home but have not yet sold your existing property, we can support the process and also cover your estate agent fees, saving you stress, time, and thousands in costs.  Subject to the terms below.

How does it work?

• You choose your Allison home and complete an EzyMove application
• We arrange valuations of your current property through local estate agents
• We agree a realistic marketing price with you based on those valuations
• Once agreed, your chosen Allison home is reserved and taken off the market for an agreed period
• We appoint an estate agent to market your property and manage the sales process
• You keep your property well-presented and allow reasonable access for viewings
• We monitor progress with the agent and keep you updated
• When you receive an acceptable offer and your sale proceeds, we help move your purchase forward

Don’t forget – we will pay your estate agent’s fees on completion of the sale of your existing property.

What to bear in mind

• EzyMove is available on selected plots and developments, subject to status and availability
• The property must be marketed at an agreed and competitive price to proceed under the scheme
• Timescales apply to both the sale of your existing property and the purchase of your new home
• You will need to work with the estate agent appointed to market your property
• Estate agent fees are covered by Allison Homes if you proceed to legal completion of your new home purchase
• If you withdraw or do not proceed, you may become responsible for those fees
