Allison Homes Construction Manager takes home prestigious national award
We are incredibly proud to announce that Paul Vasey, former Site Manager and now Construction Manager at Allison Homes East, has received the prestigious National Site Manager of The Year Award from LABC Warranty, for the exceptional work taking place at our Harriers Rest development in Wittering, Cambridgeshire.
Harriers Rest, located off Lawrence Road, is a stunning collection of three, four and five bedroom homes. This is not the first time the site has received recognition, as in both July and October 2023 Paul, who was Site Manager for the development at the time, accepted an LABC Bricks Award in recognition of the high quality craftsmanship.
Paul was then awarded the LABC Warranty Regional Site Manager of the Year Award in the East of England region, which qualified him for the national award. The Site Manager Awards celebrate the dedication and commitment it takes to deliver quality sites, and each year Site Managers are rewarded for their outstanding contribution to construction.
Since his regional win, Paul has been promoted to Construction Manager for Allison Homes East. He accepted the National Site Manager Award in recognition of the work he did in his previous role at the LABC Grand Finals, which were held at Grosvenor House London on Friday 19th January.
Paul Vasey said: “When I was notified of the regional win I was shocked and surprised, it took a lot of time to sink in, and going on to take home the national win is even more of a shock. This is a huge personal accomplishment, it has helped pave the way for my recent promotion to Construction Manager and is something I have always strived for.
“This award win from a business perspective is a massive achievement, as collectively winning awards is the trajectory we are pursuing. By winning these awards, it dovetails into building desirable developments and communities which is great for our reputation.”
