Allison Homes launches key workers scheme

We are proud to be launching a housing scheme for key workers at developments across the country, helping those who work in the public sector to get a step onto or move up the property ladder.

The key workers scheme is available to members of the Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service, including those in the NHS, Police, Fire Service, Social Care and Armed Forces, and offers a £500 contribution for every £25,000 spent on a new Allison home*. As an added extra, homebuyers will also receive free flooring throughout.

Kelly Toms, Sales and Marketing Director at Allison Homes East, said: “We are very proud to be offering this scheme to key workers, helping to ease the financial pressure of purchasing a brand new home.

“At Allison Homes, we strive to support those in the local community wherever we can, and are looking forward to helping those in the public sector. We would urge anyone who is interested to get in touch with our sales team to find out more.”

Across our East region, the scheme is on offer at Frampton Gate, The Orchards and Tudor Reach in Lincolnshire, Whittlesey Green, Harriers Rest and Abbey Park in Cambridgeshire, Farriers Reach in Rutland and Kings Meadow in Nottinghamshire.

Over in Norfolk and Suffolk, those eligible for the scheme can enquire about our developments, The Oaks and Venus Fields.

Key workers in our South West region can benefit from the scheme at Buttercross Meadow in Somerset, alongside at Weavers Place, High Moor View, Foxglove View and Primrose Meadows in Devon.

By reserving a new build Allison home, buyers will also benefit from an average saving of £135 a month on their energy bills, amounting to more than £1,600 a year, as unveiled in a report from the Home Builders Federation (HBF)1.
