Unwrap a new home this Christmas: Allison Homes gifts homebuyers an offer worth up to £25,000

Across all of our regions, we are inviting house hunters to treat themselves to a new home this Christmas, by offering exclusive bundles worth up to £25,000*.

Those who reserve selected homes before Wednesday 15th November will be able to move in for Christmas and receive an exclusive bundle on their home, providing them with savings worth up to £25,000.

Upon reservation, homebuyers will be able to select an offer which best supports them, such as choosing to have carpets/flooring be fitted throughout, a furniture package or five per cent of their deposit paid.

Kelly Toms, Sales and Marketing Director at Allison Homes Central, said: “We’re helping homebuyers give themselves the biggest gift of all this Christmas, by offering exclusive bundles on selected homes worth up to £25,000.

“We understand that each household has their own specific wants and needs when looking for a new home, so by allowing people to select an offer that works best for them our goal is that everyone, from first time buyers to upsizers, can feel supported.

“We can’t wait to help property seekers find their perfect home this festive season, so we would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch without delay, to avoid missing out on this fantastic offer.”

Across our Central region, homebuyers who reserve at Frampton Gate, The Orchards or Tudor Reach in Lincolnshire, Whittlesey Green or Harriers Rest in Cambridgeshire, Farriers Reach in Rutland or Kings Meadow in Newark will be able to enjoy Christmas in a brand new home.

Over in Norfolk, buyers can move in for Christmas at our Eastern Counties’ development, The Oaks.

For property seekers in our South West region, the offer is available at Buttercross Meadow in Somerset, alongside at Weavers Place, High Moor View and Foxglove View in Devon.

Those interested in our newly launched Abbey Park development in Cambridgeshire and Venus Fields development in Suffolk can reserve for the holidays, and be one of the first to move in in the new year.

By reserving a new build Allison home, buyers will also benefit from an average saving of £135 a month on their energy bills, amounting to more than £1,600 a year, as unveiled in a report from the Home Builders Federation (HBF)1.
