The Worshipful the Mayor of Boston unveils new show homes at our Frampton development
The Worshipful the Mayor of Boston, Councillor David Brown, and our Allison Homes Central team have officially unveiled the show homes at its brand new development in Frampton, Boston, called Frampton Gate.
Frampton Gate, situated on Middlegate Road, offers an exclusive collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, in a picturesque, village location.
The Worshipful the Mayor officially opened the doors to the development’s two show homes, the three bedroom The Holly and The Hemlock, before receiving a tour of both properties.
The Worshipful the Mayor of Boston, Councillor David Brown said: “I was delighted to be invited to officially open the Frampton Gate development, and would like to thank Allison Homes for showing me around the site.
“It was wonderful to see how Frampton Gate is progressing, and I’m sure that future residents will be delighted with their new homes. I wish Allison Homes all the best.”
Following the official launch, buyers who have already reserved homes at Frampton Gate were invited to receive private tours of the show homes, giving them a taste of what life will be like once they’ve moved in.
Property seekers in Lincolnshire are now able to meet with the sales team to tour The Holly and The Hemlock for themselves, find out more about the available homes and learn about the homebuying schemes on offer, such as Part Exchange and Assisted Sale.
Charlotte Barber, Sales Manager at Allison Homes Central, said: “We are very proud to have opened the doors to our wonderful show homes at Frampton Gate, and to have The Worshipful the Mayor of Boston celebrate this occasion with us.
“Frampton Gate is an idyllic development, providing residents with the best of village living. With the show homes now being open, property seekers will have a much better idea of what their future home will look and feel like, helping them to picture their lives here.
“We cannot wait to show local homebuyers around these brilliant show homes, and would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch with our sales team without delay.”
