Terms and conditions

This offer is open to UK residents, aged 18+ and is only available when purchasing selected homes from Allison Homes. The offer is subject to lender’s approval and the purchaser must enter into a reservation agreement with Allison Homes in relation to a qualifying home and must complete by 20th September 2024.

Part exchange

UK residents, 18+. Available when purchasing selected homes from Allison Homes where your existing property is valued at no more than 75% of the selling price of the home you are purchasing.  You must own the freehold or the leasehold (100 years+) on the property you wish to Part Exchange. Any part exchange offer made must be accepted within 48 hours. Subject to availability, status, eligibility, Allison Homes’ standard Contract for Sale, satisfactory homebuyers’ report & any necessary inspections, further enquiries or reports. Removal fee contribution

The removal fee contribution Allison Homes pays may not be the same as your actual removal fee costs and it is your responsibility to pay your removal fees balance. The contribution will be a one-off payment provided to the purchaser by way of deduction from funds due on completion.

Legal fee contribution

The legal fee contribution Allison Homes pays may not be the same as your actual legal fee costs and it is your responsibility to pay your legal fees balance. The legal fee contribution is per property and not per named purchaser. Allison Homes will not be liable for ensuring multiple purchasers of a single property receive their proportionate share of the agreed legal fee payment. The contribution will be a one-off payment provided to the purchaser by way of deduction from funds due on completion.

Choices and upgrades contribution

Offer available on flooring/carpets/customer upgrades from our range, up to the maximum value of 5% of the purchase price. Following the withdrawal or termination of any offer, we reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time.

Stamp duty

Allison Homes will contribute to your actual liability for standard rates of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) up to either a maximum value of £10,000 or if the costs are lower, to an agreed fixed sum. The offer excludes incremental higher rates on top of normal Stamp Duty rates if buying a new residential property means you will own more than one home or otherwise qualify to pay the higher rate of SDLT. We reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate or withdraw the offer at any time. The contribution for SDLT liability will be a one off payment provided to the purchaser by way of a deduction from monies due in completion. Mortgage contribution

The offer is to make a lump sum payment of up to £25,000 on the date of legal completion. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Allison Homes offer. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation. Images include optional upgrades at additional cost. Following the withdrawal or termination of any offer, we reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time.

Deposit contribution

Offer is to contribute up to a maximum of 5% deposit payable at the time of completion and is subject to lender’s criteria. Following the withdrawal or termination of any offer, we reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time.
