Terms and conditions

This promotional offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. The offer is only available on the purchase of selected new homes from Allison Homes and applies solely to new property reservations made during the promotional period.

The offer is subject to the purchaser obtaining a successful mortgage or funding approval from their chosen lender. To qualify, the purchaser must enter into a valid reservation agreement with Allison Homes in respect of an eligible plot at a participating Allison Homes development.

The promotional shopping voucher will only be issued upon legal completion of the property purchase. The voucher will not be provided prior to completion and will not be issued if the purchase does not complete for any reason.

The shopping voucher can be used with a choice of up to 150 participating retailers. The voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and no cash or part-cash alternative will be offered.

The offer applies to selected developments and selected home plots only, subject to availability. Allison Homes reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive, or discount unless otherwise stated in writing by Allison Homes.
