Allison Homes East Midlands appoints new Finance Director

Richard Reed, originally from Boston, Lincolnshire, joined the East Midlands region on 1st October after a successful career with Vistry Group and Countryside Properties. With a background in both corporate audit and residential development, he brings more than a decade of experience to his new role, where he will lead financial strategy, support land bids and drive cost efficiency across the region.

Richard said: “I could see from the outset that Allison Homes is a business on an exciting upward trajectory. I really liked the idea of helping to build a new region in an area I know well, everyone here has been incredibly welcoming and open to new ideas. It’s great to be part of a growing team where you can make a tangible impact.”

Outside of work, Richard is a keen gym-goer and gardener, and enjoys spending his weekends following Manchester United or relaxing at home in the West Midlands with his wife, Catharine.
