How it Works

- Your friend or family member contributes up to 5% of the property value
- We’ll match it! Doubling your deposit up to 10%
The Family and Friends Deposit Match scheme was launched in May 2024, and aims to make home ownership cheaper for first time buyers. If a family member or friend is gifting you money towards your deposit, Allison Homes will match this up to 5%. This turns your 5% deposit into a 10% deposit, meaning you could borrow more or have a more affordable mortgage!
If you are a first time buyer and have proof that your family member or friend is helping you with your deposit, then you are eligible.

Speak to a Sales Executive at your chosen Allison Homes development and ask about the Family and Friends Deposit Match.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event that Allison Homes agrees to match your friends and family financial support, we may contribute up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price. The sum will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property.
The offer is only available to first time buyers.
The offer is only available on Allison Homes’ selected plots and developments only and are subject to availability.
Any offer is subject to contract and status.
Allison Homes’ contribution will be deducted from your completion statement on legal completion of your property. There is no cash alternative to the value of the offer.
The offer is subject to the purchaser providing satisfactory evidence (at the sole discretion of Allison Homes Limited) of the financial support.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Allison Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee for the relevant property.
The offer may require you to reservation and exchange to take place by particular dates which may vary or different properties.
The offer may not be acceptable to some lenders or may lead to refusal to provide a mortgage based on your circumstances. Allison Homes will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee.
