Who is eligible?

All active UK Armed Forces personnel employed by the Army, Navy or Royal Air Force, are eligible for our Armed Forces Package. Plus anyone set to or has retire from the forces this year will remain eligible for up to 12 months from the date they retire.

Armed Forces Package is subject to availability, status and eligibility.

Offer is open to UK residents, aged 18+ who:

• are active Armed Forces Personnel;
• are Armed Forces Personnel who have retired within the previous twelve (12) months who can produce a Discharge Certificate (or similar documentation) as proof; and

were married or in a legal civil partnership with a member of Armed Forces Personnel who has died in service within the previous twelve (12) months. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Armed Forces Personnel” shall mean armed forces personnel (Army, Navy or RAF) and have completed their basic (phase 1) training and are one of the following:

• regular service personnel (including but not limited to Military Provost Guard Service, those in the Navy, Army and Air Force);
• clinical staff (with the exception of doctors and dentists);
• MOD Police Officers; or
• uniformed staff in the Defence Fire Service.

Allison Homes reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any purchaser.  Allison Homes may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.

Eligible purchasers are entitled to a £500 contribution for every £25,000 towards the purchase price of a qualifying home up to a maximum purchase price of £600,000.  For example, a home costing £226,000 would qualify for a contribution of £4,500.  The purchase price used to calculate the contribution is the ‘bricks and mortar’ house price only and is exclusive of other costs (such as upgrade of fixtures, fittings and associated fees), associated with the house purchase etc. The contribution will be provided to the purchaser by way of deduction from funds due on completion.

New homes include Allison Homes’ ‘bronze’ flooring package as standard. The cost of flooring packages (whether included as standard or upgraded) is excluded from the purchase price used in the calculation of the offer contribution. Upgrade costs are payable in addition by the purchaser.

Allison Homes reserves the right to suspend cancel or amend this offer.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or offers (excluding ‘Forces Help to Buy’ Scheme) and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
