Allison Homes East opens brand-new show homes at South Wootton development

Our East region has officially opened two show homes at our new Wootton Grange development in South Wootton, on the edge of King’s Lynn, after giving exclusive tours to the Mayor of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, the Deputy Mayor and the Vice Chair of Norfolk County Council.

The brand-new, mixed tenure development, off Wootton Grange Way, will consist of 450 stunning three, four and five bedroom homes. All the homes have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A, meaning they reach the highest levels of energy efficiency.

Alongside new homes and a thriving community, the development will be environmentally diverse and feature 390 trees, over 2,750 shrubs and over 6,750 hedge plants.

Late last year, we held an exclusive event for stakeholders, allowing them to receive guided tours of the two show homes, a three bedroom The Hazel and four bedroom The Willow, as well as meet with members of our team.

Attendees included the Mayor of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Councillor Paul Bland; Deputy Mayor, Councillor Andy Bullen; the Vice Chair of Norfolk County Council, Councillor Tom FitzPatrick; and members of South Wootton Parish Council, including Chairman, Mr Ivan Jordan.

The Mayor, Councillor Paul Bland said: “The experience with Allison Homes has been one of openness and co-operation as we have had regular contact both before and during the planning and construction process. The build quality is indeed exceptional and will provide the new occupants with great new homes.”

On Saturday 4^th and Sunday 5^th January, the doors to the two show homes were then opened to the public for the first time. Interested property seekers are now able to visit the development, take private tours of the homes themselves and learn more about the home buying schemes on offer.
