Allison Homes Central given the green light to build 161 new homes at Priors Hall Park in Corby
Our Central region has proudly secured planning permission to build 161 new homes at Priors Hall Park in Corby.
Located on the wider Priors Hall Park development, our scheme spans over nine and a half acres and features a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes. 13 properties will be available through Shared Ownership, helping to widen access to homeownership for local buyers.
Carefully designed with modern lifestyles in mind, the homes at the upcoming development will be from our brand-new range, with a mix of two storey and two and a half storey properties set to be on offer.
Every home will feature solar PV panels and electric car charging points as standard, while selected properties will also feature air source heat pumps to support improved energy efficiency.
As part of the development, we will incorporate a number of biodiversity features, including bird boxes, bat boxes and hedgehog highways. Public open space, provided through the wider Priors Hall Park masterplan, will border the site to the north, east and south, offering residents access to nearby green space.
Now planning has been granted, we will be commencing work on our new development this month (March).
Georgina McCrae, Planning Director at Allison Homes Central, said: “We are delighted to have secured planning permission to deliver 161 new homes at Priors Hall Park. Our development will feature a collection of high-quality homes catering to all types of buyers, ensuring we create a diverse and thriving community where people can be proud to live for decades to come.
“We would also like to thank the officers at North Northamptonshire Council for their constructive engagement and support throughout the planning process. We look forward to continuing to work closely with Urban&Civic to deliver these new homes to the highest standard and to play our part in the continued growth of this important new neighbourhood.”
Set within 907 acres of parkland, Priors Hall Park is a stunning new community being delivered by master developer Urban&Civic.
Already home to key facilities such as Priors Hall Park Primary School, Corby Business Academy, a district centre with nine shops and services, four large play areas and a striking amphitheatre, the development is designed to grow with its community.
At completion, Priors Hall Park will include 5,325 homes, two additional primary schools, more sports pitches, formal green spaces and further community infrastructure.
Nigel Wakefield, Development Director at Urban&Civic, said: “We’re delighted to see this new phase moving forward at Priors Hall Park. Allison Homes’ plans will deliver a high-quality mix of homes that complements the wider development and supports the continued growth of this thriving community.”
