Planning approved for 132 new homes in Somersham

We are delighted to have been given the green light to build 132 new homes in Somersham, Cambridgeshire.

The brand-new development will be comprised of both open market sale and affordable homes, and will form an extension to the existing village providing more property for sale in Somersham.

The development will benefit from new facilities, provision of green spaces and the excellent amenities in the surrounding area.
