Allison Homes joins Homes England’s procurement system
We’ve joined Homes England’s procurement system, enabling us to secure land more easily and widen our geographical reach across the wider Midlands, Lincolnshire, East of England and the South West.
Securing a place on Homes England’s Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) allows housebuilders to develop homes on land from Homes England and other public sector bodies.
Our inclusion on this new procurement system will give us the opportunity to bid for works across Homes England’s entire framework, and broaden our exposure to potential projects.
The framework is Homes England’s largest procurement process, and applying for a place is an extremely rigorous process. As part of the application, interested parties must sign a copy of the Building Safety Charter.
Registered in the small sites category, we will be allowed to cover sites with scope for 20 to 70 properties. As our organisation continues to grow, an application will be submitted to cover the large sites category, which looks at developments of over 70 homes.
John Anderson, CEO of Allison Group, said: “This is a huge milestone for us at Allison Homes, and I’m exceptionally proud that we’ve secured our place on Homes England’s Delivery Partner DPS.
“This appointment marks a stepping stone in our journey to deliver high-quality homes and serve communities, whilst also allowing us to explore innovative ways to address key issues that matter to us, such as how we reduce the environmental impact of housebuilding.
“We understand the importance of valuable partnerships, and look forward to working, and building a successful relationship, with Homes England.
“We’re very excited to see what development opportunities our inclusion on the framework will bring, and to continue our growth plans as we provide homes that both we and residents can be proud of.”
