First Homes Released at St Mary’s Chase, Stanton Under Bardon

We’re delighted to announce that the first homes at our brand-new development, St Mary’s Chase in Stanton Under Bardon, have now been officially released for sale. This exciting launch marks a significant milestone for us at Allison Homes East Midlands, as it is our first development in Leicestershire.

The launch event, which took place on Wednesday 19 June at Kirby Muxloe Golf Club, gave potential buyers the opportunity to view the development plans, learn about pricing, and reserve homes off-plan. Despite the warm weather, we were thrilled with the enthusiastic turnout and the strong level of interest that has continued in the days since.

St Mary’s Chase will deliver a total of 50 high-quality new homes in Stanton Under Bardon, featuring a variety of two, three, and four-bedroom properties, including eight affordable homes. The first release includes a collection of 3 and 4 bedroom detached homes, with prices starting from £310,000. Further house types will be introduced later this year.

Construction work began in May 2025 following full planning approval earlier this year, and progress is well underway on site. Footings are already in place and the road network is starting to take shape. We expect to open the doors to our show home in Autumn 2025.

Located just off Main Street, this carefully designed development will offer a diverse range of homes to suit different needs and budgets, while complementing the existing character of the village. In line with the nearby National Forest, the development will also feature open green spaces, a children’s play area, new tree planting, and the retention of existing public footpaths to ensure the development integrates naturally into the surrounding community.

We are also proud to be investing over £600,000 into the local area as part of our commitment to supporting the Stanton Under Bardon community. This funding will go towards education, healthcare, recreation, and public transport services to enhance local infrastructure and benefit both new and existing residents.
