Allison Homes welcomes new Chief Financial Officer to its growing team

We are pleased to have welcomed Paul Wallwork to the team as our new Chief Financial Officer.

Paul Wallwork moved to Stamford in 2003 and now works with us in our head office and having worked in property for over 30 years, his interest in the industry began when he worked on a building site with his dad at a young age.

Paul received his degree in Accountancy and Finance at Bangor University in Wales, and spent 20 years working for a variety of PLCs. For the last 14 years, he has carried out interim work for a range of property businesses, including housing associations, in finance and non-finance director roles.

Paul said: “Property is a sector I am very familiar with, and I’m looking forward to utilising my experience at Allison Homes. The senior leadership team here are very visible and approachable, and throughout the whole company everyone is very open and easy to work with.

“I’m excited to be working with the Allison Homes team, and to be mentoring my colleagues as much as I can. Since joining the company I’ve been able to hit the ground running, and am keen to continue this success into the future.”

John Anderson, CEO of Allison Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Paul to Allison Homes. His years of experience and expertise make him a vital member of the team, helping us to strengthen the Allison Homes brand.

“I wish Paul the best of luck, and looking forward to working with him as we execute our growth plans.”

Paul is a keen cyclist and cycles to work as many days as possible. Outside of work, Paul remains active as a rock and ice climber, and is now teaching some of his nine grandchildren how to climb. He frequently visits the Lake District and Marbella in Spain, where he has a holiday home with his partner Nuala and enjoys numerous golf courses. Paul is also a member of Burghley Park Golf Club in Stamford.
