• This offer is open to UK residents, aged 18+ and is only available when purchasing selected homes from Allison Homes.
• It is subject to lender’s approval and the purchaser must enter into a reservation agreement with Allison Homes in relation to a qualifying home.
• “12 months mortgage free” will be awarded as a deduction from funds due on completion (and, therefore, you will not actually receive a 12 month payment holiday on your mortgage from your lender).
• Amount to be deducted equates to the aggregate of the mortgage payments that you are due to pay in the first 12 months (such payment will not exceed 5% of the purchase price of your selected home) and will be calculated based on the actual mortgage offer that you intend to accept for the property purchased. To receive the deduction, you will need to provide evidence of the projected payments from your financial advisor or lending institution.
• Offer excludes (i) buy to let mortgage products, (ii) properties purchased using First Homes Scheme or other Discount from Market Value schemes and (iii) properties purchased using the Allison Homes’ Part Exchange or Assisted Move schemes.
• Please speak to a mortgage adviser to get a specific mortgage illustration for the property that you wish to buy.
• Allison Homes reserves the right to suspend cancel or amend this offer.
