Estate agent launch for Needham Market development

We are excited to be launching our brand-new Venus Fields development in Needham Market where Suffolk property seekers will be able to find out more about the first release of homes.

Located close to the town, Venus Fields is a stunning development of 64 homes, ranging from one, two, three and four-bedroom houses as well as two and three-bedroom bungalows.

There are several house styles, designed with the ease and comfort of future residents in mind and built to excellent internal specification, offering high-quality craftsmanship, attractive design and effortless functionality.

The launch is taking place on Saturday 29th July, 10 am to 5 pm, from Hamilton Smith estate agents in Needham Market, allowing property seekers to find out more about the development and the newly released homes.

Nicola Bullivant, Head of Sales and Marketing at Allison Homes Eastern Counties, said: “We cannot wait to host this launch event for Venus Fields.  We take great pride in the developments we build and look forward to property seekers finding out if this one could be the perfect place for them to call home.

“We would highly encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch for the chance to be amongst the first to reserve one of our wonderful new homes.”

The development is ideally located just north of the Suffolk town of Needham Market, which has plenty to offer in terms in amenities and attractions. The town is rich in history and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Venus Fields derives its name from an ash tree, as this features in Needham Market’s town emblem and used to be known as the ‘Venus of the Woods’. Ash trees were thought to have both magical and medicinal properties, and historically the wood was burnt to receive prosperity and ward off evil spirits.

Days out can be spent browsing the array of independent shops or eating at the wide range of popular restaurants and tea rooms. Residents can also enjoy Needham Lakes, a stunning nature reserve which is one of the most popular free attractions in the UK. Visitors can enjoy both solo and guided walks, fishing and model boating, enjoy a coffee at the cosy on-site café or even take part in the exciting annual raft race.

Residents can also take in the scenery at Dedham Vale, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just twenty minutes away from the town.

For families, there are a range of high-quality schools, including Bosmere Community Primary School, Combs Ford Primary School, Creeting St Mary Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School and Trinity Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School, all of which are rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

For commuters there are excellent transport links, including Needham Market Railway Station from which commuters can reach London Liverpool Street in 90 minutes, and which offers direct services to Cambridge, Ipswich and Southend Airport.  The A14 and A140 are also nearby, meaning there is easy access to Norfolk and wider East Anglia.
