‘First Time Buyer’ incentive offer is subject to availability, status and eligibility.

Open to UK residents, aged 18+ who:

  • a) are first time buyers (i.e. an individual who has never owned a freehold or leasehold interest in residential property in the UK or abroad) ; and
  • b) are reserving and purchasing the home to be their main property of residence. The offer is not available to first time buyers intending to rent out the property.

Allison Homes reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any purchaser. Allison Homes may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.

Customers must pay reservation fee prior to 31 July 2023 to be eligible for this offer.

The offer is subject to lender’s approval and the purchaser must disclose their intention to claim this incentive to [their Independent Financial Advisor] prior to entering into a reservation agreement with Allison Homes in relation to a qualifying home.

Eligible purchasers are entitled to:

  • a) Allison Homes’ ‘white faux wood effect’ blinds (including installation costs ). Customers will receive Allison Homes’ ‘white faux wood effect’ blinds will be installed prior to occupation. [Offer may be limited due to availability, factors beyond Allison Homes control and/or dependent on the build phase of the selected property. In these circumstances, you may be offered reasonable alternative blinds ].
  • b) Allison Homes’ ‘bronze’ flooring package (including installation costs ). New homes include Allison Homes’ ‘bronze’ flooring packages as standard. Customers who purchase a new home prior to build stage will have the option to choose from Allison Homes’ ‘bronze’ flooring ranges. [Final selection may be limited within these ranges due to availability, factors beyond Allison Homes control and/or dependent on the build phase of the selected property. these circumstances, certain flooring options may not be available or you may be offered pre-selected flooring ]. Properties post-build stage will have flooring from the ‘bronze’ flooring package already installed. Upgrade/replacement costs are payable in addition by the purchaser.
  • c) a legal fee contribution payment of up to £1,000. The legal fee contribution Allison Homes pays may not be the same as your actual legal fee costs and it is your responsibility to pay your legal fees balance. The legal fee contribution is per property and not per named purchaser. Allison Homes will not be liable for ensuring multiple purchasers of a single property receive their proportionate share of the agreed legal fee payment. The contribution will be a one-off payment provided to the purchaser by way of deduction from funds due on completion.
  • d) a deposit contribution payment of up to £3,000. The deposit contribution Allison Homes pays may not be the same as your actual deposit. It is your responsibility to meet the minimum of 5% deposit by paying your deposit balance. The deposit contribution is per property and not per named purchaser. Allison Homes will not be liable for ensuring multiple purchasers of a single property receive their proportionate share of the agreed deposit contribution. The contribution will be a one-off payment provided to the purchaser by way of deduction from funds due on completion.

The total maximum value of the incentives you are entitled to receive must not exceed 5% of the purchase price of the home you are purchasing. For example, if the purchase price of the home you are purchasing is £250,000, the maximum value of the incentives you would be entitled to receive would be £12,500.

The legal fee contribution and deposit contribution will only be available (in part or in full) where the value of the ‘white faux wood effect’ blinds (and installation costs) and ‘bronze’ flooring package (and installation costs) falls below the 5% cap. The legal fee contribution and deposit contribution will only be available to you up to the lesser of £1,000/£3,000 and the remaining balance within the 5% cap once the value of the blinds and flooring has been deducted from the cap. The value attributed to the blinds and flooring will be determined in accordance with [our standard terms].

Allison Homes reserves the right to suspend cancel or amend this offer.
