Cromwell Fields, Bury is an excellent place to set up home for part-time commuters to London, Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Corby and Kettering are all easy commutes as Bury is close to the A1 and A14 trunk routes. This pretty village still retains several 17th-century half-timbered thatched or tiled cottages. Nearby Johnsons of Old Hurst has an excellent farm shop, onsite café and restaurant and crocodiles – a perfect place to suit everyone in the family. 

Ramsey is served by a selection of good state schools such as The Ashbeach Primary School, Ramsey Junior School, Ramsey Spinning Infants School, The Abbey College and independent schools like Kimbolton Schools 4-18 years and Whitehall School 6 months to 11 years have excellent reputations. 

Nearby doctors surgeries are the Ramsey Health Centre and the Rainbow Surgery.
