About the Role

Do you have a talent for understanding customer needs? We are seeking an individual with residential property experience to join our expanding sales team at Allison Homes.

As one of our valued Sales Consultants, your role is primarily to provide the day-to-day sales function on our developments and to be the primary Allison Homes contact for potential and current customers, having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and delivering the customer journey in accordance with Allison Homes’ standards, procedures, and targets. Sales experience in New Homes is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Job Type

Key Duties:

  • To open and maintain the sales centre during appointed business hours and to ensure that the sales centre and show home and associated marketing material, boards, garden etc are pristine at all times.
  • To meet and greet the customers and maintain adequate stocks of literature and price lists ensuring their accuracy.
  • To maintain up to date plans making sure that you are using the same versions as the Site Manager.
  • Have available at all times current information in relation to mortgage and legal recommended representatives, council tax values schools etc.
  • To be able to demonstrate the ability to close the sale effectively.
  • Be aware of competitor’s products, prices, sales, rates etc.
  • Maintain an up to date site plan with all coloured dots being changed as necessary in line with the company system.
  • Be aware of and keep adequate information on all other Larkfleet developments in the area.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Sales and all that is entailed with making a sale.
  • Chase work to progress sales.
  • Ensure good customer care and relations.
  • Computer work, using our current systems such as COINS.
