ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in the South West (ideally Bristol), you will lead, innovate and drive our land acquisition and partnerships strategy, spearheading major deals that will shape the region’s future. Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, this is a career-defining role for someone who wants to be at the heart of something big, bold, and different.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Strategic Land Acquisition
- Identify and secure land opportunities that align with our ambitious growth plans.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and due diligence, ensuring sites are financially and strategically viable.
- Work closely with planning and development teams to drive projects forward.
Partnerships & Affordable Housing
- Nurture and grow game-changing relationships with local authorities, housing associations, and public sector bodies.
- Secure joint ventures and land-led deals that drive both commercial success and social value.
Land Disposals & Revenue Growth
- Maximise revenue through strategic marketing and sale of consented land.
- Lead the legal and disposal process to optimise profitability.
Market Influence & Leadership
- Be the face of Allison Homes in the South West – network, engage, and influence.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, shaping the conversation.

Experience and expertise – A proven track record in land acquisition, strategic land management, and partnerships within the UK residential sector.
Industry network – Well-connected within the land and housing space, with strong relationships across landowners, local authorities, and housing associations.
Commercial acumen – A sharp negotiator who knows how to structure deals that deliver maximum impact.
