Allison Homes retains gold standard for customer satisfaction

For the third consecutive year, Allison Homes has secured the prestigious Gold Award from In-house Research Ltd, recognising its commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting buyers throughout every stage of their homeownership journey.

The Gold Award is presented to housebuilders that consistently achieve outstanding customer satisfaction ratings. Winners are determined through independent customer feedback covering key stages of the home-buying journey, including communication throughout the process, the condition of the home at handover, the management of any issues or defects, and customers’ willingness to recommend their builder to others. Allison Homes achieved an impressive recommendation rate of 93%.

The In-house Research methodology benchmarks housebuilders against customer satisfaction metrics, with the Gold Award reserved for companies achieving a customer recommendation rate of 90% or higher. The accolade reflects Allison Homes’ vision to be known as “the homebuilder you can trust”, with customer satisfaction remaining a key focus across every area of the business.
