Allison Homes appoints new Recruitment Manager

We have strengthened our team by appointing Alice Espinosa in the brand-new role of Recruitment Manager, to help deliver our exciting growth plans.

Alice Espinosa, 26, from Nottingham, joins the team after having worked in recruitment for 10 years.

Alice has been in the housebuilding industry since leaving school at 16 years old, and began her career by completing a two-year long apprenticeship in business admin. Prior to starting at Allison Homes, Alice worked for Crest Nicholson, Linden Homes and Ibstock Brick.

As Recruitment Manager, Alice will recruit both internally and externally, and help with trainee recruitment. Her appointment forms an integral part of our growth plans, as all areas of the business are expanding. Currently, Alice has several roles that she’s looking to fill.

Alice said: “I’ve always worked in construction, as it’s an industry I feel passionate about. Allison Homes is a housebuilder with massive growth plans, and it’s a very exciting time to be joining the team.

“There is a great culture at Allison Homes. On my first day, everyone made the effort to come and greet me, and they are all truly invested in what they do.

“My big focus now is on hiring diverse roles. Now more than ever, people need to be flexible and work from home, especially those with children. I commute myself from Nottingham to Bourne, Lincolnshire some days and work from home the remainder of the week, and having that flexibility is very important.

“I’m also passionate about women in construction, and my goal is to push for senior appointments to be more diverse.

“I’m looking forward to encouraging people to join our Allison Homes family. It’s a great time to get into construction, as there is always going to be a need for new housing.”

John Anderson, CEO of Allison Group, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Alice to Allison Homes, and are delighted to hear she’s settled in so quickly. Alice brings with her years of experience and expertise that will make her an integral part of the team.

“The need for this brand-new role showcases our rapid growth at Allison Homes, and we cannot wait to hire new staff as we expand across our Central, Eastern Counties and South West regions.

“I wish Alice the best of luck in her role, and look forward to working with her as we execute our growth plans.”
