Affordable housing milestone reached at Beaufort Gardens in Market Deeping
Housing provider Amplius has officially received the first five completed homes at Beaufort Gardens in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire, from Allison Homes. The handover marks another milestone in their partnership to deliver high-quality, affordable housing across the region.
The Beaufort Gardens development will eventually comprise 41 new homes, providing much-needed affordable housing options for local people and families. The homes are offered across a range of tenures, including Shared Ownership, social rent and affordable rent.
Christine Steele, Head of Development and Programme at Amplius, said: “Beaufort Gardens is another great example of our long-standing partnership with Allison Homes, delivering real benefits to local people. These high-quality, energy-efficient homes will make a genuine difference to families in Market Deeping who need affordable housing options close to work, school and community networks. We’re delighted to take handover of the first five properties and can’t wait to welcome our new customers into their homes.”
The milestone was marked with an official handover and site tour attended by representatives from both organisations, including Christine Steele and Catherine Lewis, Project Manager for Amplius, along with Jacob Bingham, Senior Site Manager and Grant Dean, Assistant Site Manager, from Allison Homes.
James Pennington, Group Partnership & Investment Director of Allison Homes said: “It’s fantastic to see the first homes at Beaufort Gardens handed over to Amplius. This is an important milestone in the development’s progress. With the initial five affordable homes now complete, it’s rewarding to see the neighbourhood beginning to take shape. For local people who might otherwise find it difficult to buy or rent, we’re proud to be delivering high-quality, affordable homes in a community they already feel part of.”

Ian Trayford, Partnership Quality Manager for Allison Homes’ Central region, added: “Our work with Amplius is a genuine team effort, and we’re really pleased to see Beaufort Gardens reach this stage. It’s a privilege to play a part in delivering quality, affordable homes, and we’re grateful for the trust our partners place in us and our site teams. Developments like this show what can be achieved when we work closely together for the benefit of the local community.”
