Allison in Action: Supporting communities across the East Midlands

Our East Midlands region has launched a new, year-long volunteering initiative that will see employees dedicate a few hours each month to supporting charities, community groups and local organisations across the region.

Named ‘Allison in Action’, the initiative has been created to strengthen our connection with the communities surrounding our developments in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, while making a meaningful contribution to organisations that support residents, protect local environments and enhance community wellbeing.

Over the next 12 months, employees from across the region, including Sales Director, Emma Weston and Marketing Manager, Meg Vincent will volunteer their time with organisations located close to our East Midlands developments, helping to make a positive difference in the areas where we live and work.

The initiative will support a variety of charities and community organisations, including environmental groups, wildlife and conservation charities, community projects, animal welfare organisations and services supporting vulnerable residents.

Activities will take place across the East Midlands region, with the programme linked to our developments in Leicestershire, at Gynsill Grange in Anstey, Auster Meadows in Rearsby, Finney Meadows in Shepshed and St Mary’s Chase in Stanton under Bardon, and in Nottinghamshire at Hayes View in Cotgrave.
