Allison Homes strengthens leadership and powers into 2026 after transformational year
Allison Homes is putting people first as it powers into 2026, following an exceptional year of workforce investment, key internal promotions and record business growth.
The regional homebuilder, which operates across the East of England, the Midlands, and South West, has strengthened its leadership team while delivering a standout performance throughout 2025.
Allison Homes placed its people at the heart of its wider strategy in 2025. The business reported 26 promotions and 79 new hires (a mix of replacement and brand new roles for FY24/25), welcomed six new apprentices, and invested £160,000 in training and development in 2025.
As part of this commitment to develop internal talent, the business has made a number of key internal senior promotions at Group level, nurturing talent from within. Zoe Evans has stepped up to become Group HR Director, Julia Brass has been promoted to Group Marketing Director and Alex Mayhew to Group Finance Director, with experienced legal specialist Alex Smith joining as Group Legal Counsel. These moves highlight Allison Homes’ focus on building a strong, experienced leadership team to support its next stage of growth.
“2025 was a transformational year for Allison Homes,” said John Anderson, Group CEO. “We’ve delivered exceptional growth across every area of the business, built a solid foundation for future expansion, and strengthened our reputation as a trusted, high-quality regional homebuilder.”
“Our people are the heart of Allison Homes,” said John. “We’ve always believed that when our teams feel supported, they do their best work. We’re passionate about creating a culture where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed.”
This people-first focus has gone hand in hand with a strong year for the business overall. Over the past 12 months, Allison Homes has grown revenue from £154 million to £202 million, supported by a strong pipeline of both Partnership and open-market developments. The company acquired 11 new sites during the year, with a total gross development value (GDV) of over £500 million, including its largest site yet, a 510-home development in a prime Bristol location.
Completion of a new £165 million financing facility with HSBC, NatWest and Homes England was agreed in December. This marked a major milestone in the next stage of growth and will fuel Allison Homes’ ambitions to deliver up to 2,000 homes annually while continuing to invest in quality, customer satisfaction, and regional economies.
“The new financing deal is a real vote of confidence in our vision and our people,” added John. “It gives us the means to move faster on land acquisition and development, keep expanding our Partnerships division, and stay true to our promise as the homebuilder people can trust.”
Allison Homes’ commitment to quality, customer service and community impact was widely recognised in 2025. The business achieved an HBF Five Star rating, earned In-House Gold Award status, and was named ‘SME Employer of the Year’ at the Peterborough Apprenticeship Awards. It also secured multiple LABC Awards and maintained an ‘Excellent’ 4.7 Trustpilot rating.
In addition, the company contributed more than £22 million towards affordable housing and raised over £143,000 for local charities. Allison Homes begins 2026 backed by a strong landbank and a clear focus on sustainable growth, quality and innovation.
“I’m so proud of what our people have achieved”, added John. “We’re entering 2026 with real energy and a shared commitment to building great homes and even stronger communities.”
