Wish Upon a Bauble at St Mary’s Chase!

As we head into the festive season, our East Midlands team is launching a community initiative that brings together the local community, our new development at St Mary’s Chase, and a moment to give something meaningful back.

This Saturday, 29 November, we’re officially opening the Eltham show home and to mark the launch, we’re running our Wish Upon a Bauble initiative.

Visitors will be invited to write the name or idea of a deserving local charity, organisation or way to give back to the community on a bauble and hang it on the St Mary’s Chase Community Christmas Tree. On Christmas Eve, one nomination will be selected to receive a £500 donation from Allison Homes.

Children from Stanton-under-Bardon Primary School helped us kick things off early by adding the very first “wishes” – a wonderful way to begin building connections with our new neighbours.

Amy Gormley, Head of Sales in our East Midlands region, shared why this initiative is such a fitting start to life at St Mary’s Chase:

“This is our first show home launch in the East Midlands, and we wanted an activity that reflected the contribution local groups and charities make in shaping a vibrant community. We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors, hearing their nominations and celebrating those who make this area such a special place to live.”

Alongside the community event, the day also marks the debut of the first show home in the region – giving visitors their first look at the design, quality and attention to detail that make St Mary’s Chase a standout development.
