What is Ezymove?

Our Ezymove scheme is exactly as it sounds – we can assist you with the sale of your property to ensure you do not lose out on the new Allison home you have your heart set on.

Put simply, if you wish to purchase one of our homes but have yet to sell your property, we can help you. Best of all, we will pay your estate agent fees, so you will save money too!

How does it work?

• Choose your new Allison home and complete an application (first check that your chosen plot/house type is eligible for the scheme)
• We will select and instruct a minimum of two local estate agents to appraise and value your current property
• Your chosen Allison Home will be removed from all advertising and held exclusively, once a marketing price has been agreed on your current property
• We will work in partnership with you to maximise exposure and work to achieve the best price for your property. We will instruct agents and for your part, you will keep the property presentable, accessible and viewable at reasonable times.
• We will monitor the viewings and feedback on your current home and when a sale is agreed that everyone is happy with, we will progress it to enable you to purchase your new Allison home!

Don’t forget – we will pay your estate agent’s fees on completion of the sale of your existing property.
